Commitment
We actively support projects dedicated to philanthropic, societal, and charitable purposes, both on a local and global scale.
In 2023, we donated 400 trees to the Oberammergau Private Forest Community to support a reforestation project in the region. As part of this effort, students from the ‘Zugspitz’ Secondary School in Garmisch-Partenkirchen engaged in practical work, gaining insight into the diverse roles of mountain forests, such as carbon capture and protection against avalanches and floods.
Promoting engagement in sports
Together with our three partner companies—Aeropump, Ursapharm, and Ursatec—we organize an annual four-company event. The aim is to collectively tackle a sports challenge while also participating in a sustainability initiative. In 2023, we successfully took on the task of virtually traversing the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.
Through these sporting activities, we demonstrate our commitment to responsible plastic management and provide support to initiatives like The Ocean Cleanup.
We firmly believe that endorsing local sports clubs not only enhances physical fitness but also fosters a profound sense of community. As a company, we view ourselves as an integral part of the community, deeply rooted in the region. Therefore, our primary commitment lies in supporting local sports clubs, events, and social projects.
